06. GENERAL CONTRACTUAL TERMS
06.01 PRE-CONTRACT INFORMATION
The purpose of these General Conditions is to regulate the relationship between CASA ARENA, CB and the Customer, relating to all transactions made through the online store, whose owner is CASA ARENA, CB, with registered office in CAMÍ DE SANT CUGAT AL PAPIOL, 137, 08195 SANT CUGAT DEL VALLÉS, BARCELONA, with VAT number: E67456707.
The purpose of this website is the RENTAL OF TOURIST APARTMENTS AND OTHER SERVICES.
To purchase our products, you can go to the corresponding section of our online store.
The information on the website is available in the following languages:

As a User or customer you expressly declare to know, understand, and accept the conditions of use and these general conditions of contract. Likewise, you declare to be of legal age and to have the necessary legal capacity and ability to access CASA ARENA, CB websites and hire services through them.
CASA ARENA, CB reserves the right to make, at any time and without prior notice, the modifications it deems appropriate, and may update products and services presented on its website daily.
CASA ARENA, CB offers commercial information truthfully. This information may, on occasion, contain a typographical error, in which case it will be rectified. In the event that this error occurred in prices and a customer had made a purchase decision based on this error, the company will notify them immediately and the customer may choose to cancel the purchase.
CASA ARENA, CB reserves the right to reject orders placed by customers who have previously had conflicts with the company, such as not withdrawing the order placed through cash on delivery, returning orders frequently, etc.
The MEAL DELIVERY service, as well as the INITIAL GROCERIES service, are exclusive for guests of CASA ARENA, CB. Once you have selected the Products, you must state your reservation number as a guest of CASA ARENA, CB and you will be able to place your order. It is important that you review the information you enter and correct any errors before clicking on the “Place Order” button as, once this is clicked, any errors cannot be corrected.
The duration of the contract will be linked to the delivery of the product without prejudice to the right of withdrawal.
06.02 CONTRACTING PROCESS
Prices
The prices applicable to each product are those indicated on the website and DO reflect Value Added Tax (VAT). If any other taxes were applicable, they will be indicated (IGIC or IPSI). If an order is delivered to a customer in another country with a different currency, the final sales price may vary due to currency conversion differences that may occur between establishing the reference price and the moment of purchase.
While we try to ensure that all prices listed on the website are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have purchased, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Payment methods and order fulfillment
The customer can pay for their order through any of the following methods. During the purchase process, please select your payment method:
– Credit card
All operations involving the transmission of personal or banking data are performed using a secure environment, a server based on the standard security technology SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). All the information you transmit to us is encrypted through the network.
Likewise, your credit card details are entered directly into the bank’s website, in the bank’s POS (Point of Sale) terminal, and are not entered or recorded on any CASA ARENA, CB server.
When paying with VISA or MASTERCARD, you will always be asked for the following information: the card number, the expiry date, and a Validation Code that matches the last three digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD, thus providing more guarantees on the security of the transaction.
This payment method is only valid on the website.
When a purchase has been charged fraudulently or improperly using the number of a payment card, the holder may demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. In this case, the corresponding debit and credit notes will be procured as quickly as possible to the supplier’s and holder’s accounts.
However, if the purchase had actually been made by the cardholder and the demand for a refund was not an exercise of the User’s right of withdrawal or termination and, therefore, the User has unduly demanded cancellation of the corresponding charge, they will be obliged to compensate CASA ARENA, CB for the damages caused as a consequence of this cancellation.
In the case of making a bank transfer, it is very important that you indicate the order number in the transfer subject line, as well as your name and surname, and issue the transfer within 3 days of the order confirmation date in order to validate it.
Please remember that payment must be made in EUROS and that all possible conversion and bank fees must be met by the customer.
In the case of bank transfers issued from outside Spain, it is very important that, when ordering the transfer, you always notify your bank to apply any banking fees and expenses at the point of origin. Otherwise, CASA ARENA, CB may freeze delivery of your order, as the full amount has not been received.
Possible currency conversion and bank fees must be met by the customer.
The availability of products offered by CASA ARENA, CB may vary depending on customer demand. Although stocks are updated periodically, the product requested by the customer may be out of stock at this time. In case of non-execution due to unavailability, CASA ARENA, CB will notify the customer as soon as it becomes aware of this situation.
06.03 AFTER CONTRACTING
At the end of the purchase process, the customer will receive an order confirmation email. During the purchase process, it is essential for the User to indicate a valid email. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact CASA ARENA, CB via the customer service telephone number +34972100667 or by email at ADMIN@CASAARENA.EU.
The customer, upon receipt of the product at the delivery address provided, will receive an invoice or copy of the order.
In addition, a satisfaction survey will automatically be sent to you to thank you for your trust and, if necessary, to apologise for any possible inconvenience.
Delivery and shipping costs

Free shipping on orders of € 199 and over.
Free shipping to guests at the address of the apartment where they are staying at the time of placing the order.
Shipments over 20 kg are not possible.

If a customer wants the product to be delivered outside the working hours established by the courier company, or if a customer requires urgent shipping, the price must be consulted in advance by contacting CASA ARENA, CB.
Right of withdrawal, return, and claims
The buyer will have a minimum period of fourteen calendar days to desist, from the day the customer receives the product, without any penalty and without indication of the reasons.
Exercising the right of withdrawal must be done by via telephone to +34972100667, via email to ADMIN@CASAARENA.EU, via a letter to our postal address CAMÍ DE SANT CUGAT AL PAPIOL, 137, 08195 SANT CUGAT DEL VALLÉS, BARCELONA, or through the withdrawal form.
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 103 of Law 3/2014, of 27 March, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, the supply of services or goods made in accordance with consumer specifications or which are clearly customised, or which, by their very nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly, are exempt from withdrawal.
Return and shipping costs
Exercising the right of return must be done via telephone to +34972100667, via email to ADMIN@CASAARENA.EU, or via letter to our postal address CAMÍ DE SANT CUGAT AL PAPIOL, 137, 08195 SANT CUGAT DEL VALLÉS, BARCELONA.
In any case, the products to be returned must be in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging. We therefore request that, in order to avoid problems during shipping, the package is properly protected and sealed. Once received, we will review its condition. As soon as we verify that the item, as well as any possible components, accessories, promotional gifts and documentation, are complete and in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the money paid.
A copy of the invoice must be included in the package, indicating the products that have been returned.
The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and can freely choose the company they prefer to transport the item.
Order cancellation
If the order cancellation request arrives before the items are shipped, the customer will not have any expenses. In the event of a cancellation after the order has been shipped, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs, as well as the return costs for the same order.
Applicable law and competent jurisdiction.
The interpretation and execution of these conditions, as well as all acts that arise as a consequence of them, will be subject to Spanish law, unless there are public order provisions contrary to this.
