Description
Varieties: Pedro Ximenez, white grenache. Grapes are selected at the vineyard and winery. Fermented in stainless steel tanks, with strict control of the temperature. Aged in bottles.
Pale golden colour, transparent.
On the nose, it reminds one of the typical aromas found in the underbrush of the Priorat (thyme, fennel, laurel, etc.). Aromas reminiscent of baked apples, tropical fruits, aromatic herbs, linden flower.
In the mouth, the wine is quite warm, with balanced acidity and a good presence. The aftertaste is softly smoky and long.
