Description
Varieties: grenache, carignan, cabernet sauvignon. Grapes are selected at the vineyard and winery. Fermented in stainless steel tanks (20/25 days of maceration). Aged in 225-litre French and American oak barrels for 12 months.
Intense red cherry colour with lively purple tones.
The aroma of fresh and macerated cherries stands out, along with black fruit comfit, vanilla, and gentle touches of wood which support the aroma’s complexity. Subtle balsamic tones.
In the mouth, it is fresh and lively, with a proper acidity and certain unctuousness, good length and presence.
