Description
Varieties: grenache, carignan, cabernet sauvignon. Grapes are selected at the estate and the winery. Each variety is fermented separately in oak barrels. Aging: 24 months in 225-litre French oak barrels.
Intense cherry colour, brilliant and attractive.
Complex and deep aroma. Black berries, ripe plums, and cherries stand out in this wine. Balsamic aromas blend with the subtlety of wood and the presence of toasted and mineral tones.
In the mouth, it is balanced, well-structured, full, unctuous, and broad.
